Currently, we are working in a small development of three houses in Richmond, London.

Richmond is an affluent area where property prices are considerably higher than the UK average and we are installing quality kitchens in all three houses.

In the two larger houses, valued at £3.5 million and £4.5 million, we are also installing utility and laundry rooms.

PNI Property Services projects are at the high quality end of the market. We have worked in the homes and holiday homes of politicians, authors, music artists, actors and royalty whist maintaining a low profile.

Black is the New Black

We specialise in high quality bespoke fittings therefore no two jobs are the same.

One of our current projects is to fit out 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a cloakroom and a kitchen.

The kitchen is interesting in that we are fabricating a curved island with a curved back which will be covered in glass mosaics. It will look spectacular.
